Custom Uniform Ruffle Skirt

I turned to pair of jeans into denim khaki uniform skirts. They are size Youth 10 plus (Walmart brand). Only 2 pair available.

Hair Bows clipped on waist on the last picture is for display only. Only 3 bows are sewn onto the skirt, as pictured.
